All who have ever played charade know that you can fill an evening easily. You just mutually explain different words, either by drawing, storytelling or mime. Charade Instructions: explain words and terms by pantomime

Game Option 1: 2 Teams

The game idea is very simple: The group is divided into two teams. Each team writes the guessing terms on each a piece of paper and fold them together. I suggest you pick compound word like ship’s cabin, football team, or flashlight. Tangible things that make it easy for a pantomime.

You put the words in two piles. A player draw a words of the opposing team and explain his group by miming, without words or sounds. This is particularly appealing when the opposing team knows the term.

The timer is set to one minute. This increases the pressure and the dynamics of the game. The team that has guessed the term in the given time, gets a point.

Game Option 2: All are guessing

In this variant, each player writes a guessable word on a piece of paper. These are folded and placed in a pile. The first player takes a piece of paper and explained the word to the group. The one who guesses the phrase, gets a point and be next to pick a term from the pile.

Game Option 3:“I pack into my suitcase…“ or „Mother went shopping“

This is a variant of the classic „I pack into my suitcase“. In this game, the first player grabs something in his suitcase. The next must repeat the subject, and put something on top in his own suitcase. Every other player has to repeat the previous terms and add their own term – of course not by saying it, by doing a pantomime. Great fun -> confusion are not excluded!

Game Option 4: guessing fairytailes

This version of the game is already advanced. One player mimes a known fairytale, for example Grimm brothers‘ Hansel and Gretel. Everybody from the group guess.
